1. Who we are

These Terms govern access to and use of the marketplace operated by ONLINE MONITORING LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at this domain. By creating an account, browsing, uploading, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

We operate an online marketplace where users may upload, display, and sell digital artworks. Buyers acquire downloadable copies and a limited license to use the artwork as described in our Licensing page. All on-platform value is denominated in credits (1 credit = A$0.25 AUD).

3. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account; keep your password secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

4. Buying credits

You may purchase credits using supported payment methods. Credits never expire. Purchases are processed in AUD by our payment provider. By placing an order you authorise the charge.

5. Spending credits

Credits are spent on listings priced in credits and on optional services. Free listings do not require credit spend. Credits are non-transferable between users except via the platform's own purchase mechanics.

6. Contributor terms

Contributors retain ownership of their work and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and deliver the work to buyers. See the Content Policy for what may be uploaded. Commission is set at 50% per sale.

7. Payouts to contributors

Contributors may convert credits earned from sales to real money by emailing support@picster.pro. Payouts are processed manually; see the Refund Policy for handling of pending balances.

8. Prohibited use

• Uploading work you do not own or have a licence to distribute.
• Attempting to circumvent payment, license, or download protections.
• Harassment, hate speech, or other content prohibited by the Content Policy.
• Using automated tools to scrape the marketplace at scale.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the updated version takes effect when posted. Material changes will be announced by email when reasonably possible.

11. VAT & tax

The marketplace is operated by ONLINE MONITORING LIMITED (United Kingdom). Prices for credit packs and service products are charged in AUD; Australian GST applied where required. EU consumers may have local VAT applied at the consumer's rate under the One-Stop Shop scheme. VAT-registered businesses outside the seller's country may have VAT zero-rated on B2B invoices — provide your VAT number at checkout or by email.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be brought before the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you a different venue.
