What you get when you download a listing

By downloading a listing (free or paid) you are granted a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the artwork in the ways described below. The contributor retains copyright.

Permitted uses

• Personal projects, including prints for your own home or office.
• Commercial projects of your business, including websites, marketing collateral, app screens, social posts, packaging, and advertising.
• Editorial use in publications, blogs, and news articles.
• Use in client work, where the artwork is incorporated into a larger deliverable.

Restrictions

• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the artwork as a stand-alone file or as part of a stock library.
• You may not use the artwork in a way that implies the depicted subjects endorse a product, service, cause, or politician.
• You may not use the artwork in defamatory, deceptive, or unlawful contexts.
• You may not claim authorship of the artwork.

Free listings from seeded sources

Listings marked as seeded from third-party sources (for example, Unsplash) carry the licence of their origin source. We restrict these to free, non-resale use to comply with the source licence. The terms above continue to apply where compatible.

Editorial vs. commercial

Where a listing contains recognisable people, trademarks, or private property without a release, it is provided for editorial use only. Such listings are tagged in the metadata. If you intend commercial use, ensure the listing is not editorial-only.

Liability & warranty

Contributors warrant that they own or have licensed the work and that uploading does not infringe third-party rights. If a takedown notice is filed against a listing you purchased, we will notify you and may refund the credits.

How to attribute

Attribution is appreciated but not required. Suggested format: "[Artist display name] / [Site name]".
