What you may upload
Original photography, illustration, painting, and digital art that you created or hold a valid licence to distribute. Generated work (AI or otherwise) must comply with the licence of any underlying training data and tools.
What you may not upload
- Infringing content — work that copies a copyrighted image, a recognisable trademark, or a celebrity's likeness without authorisation.
- Sexually explicit content or content sexualising minors — strictly prohibited; reported to authorities where required by law.
- Violent or graphic content — gore, real-world violence, animal cruelty.
- Hate speech & discrimination — content attacking people on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Promotion of illegal activity — drug sales, weapons, child exploitation, fraud.
- Personal information — recognisable people without their consent, identifiable license plates, addresses, documents.
- Spam or low-quality content — low-resolution screenshots, watermarked third-party images, repetitive uploads.
Mature content
Tasteful nudity, suggestive art, and other adult-but-not-explicit content may be uploaded with the "Mature content" flag set. These listings are hidden by default and only visible to signed-in users who have opted in. Mislabelling mature content as safe-for-work is grounds for removal.
Reporting
Every listing has a Report button. Reports are reviewed in the order received. Confirmed violations result in the listing being removed; repeat offenders are banned. The original file is retained for audit.
Takedown requests
If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, email support@picster.pro with: the URL, evidence of your rights, your contact details, and a statement that the information is accurate. We respond within 5 business days and act within 10.
Account actions
We may remove individual listings, suspend the upload privilege, suspend the account, or permanently ban it. Severity depends on the violation, history, and good-faith disclosure.
Appeal
If your content was removed or your account suspended, you may appeal by replying to the notification email. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
