2. What we collect

• Account data — email, password (hashed), display name, optional bio and avatar.
• Transaction data — credit purchases, listing purchases, payout requests.
• Content — artworks you upload, their metadata, and reports filed.
• Technical data — IP, browser, device type, session cookies.

3. Why we collect it

• To operate the marketplace and fulfil purchases (contract).
• To comply with tax, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations (legal obligation).
• To improve the service and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• For optional analytics or marketing, only with your consent.

4. Sharing

We share data with sub-processors strictly as needed: payment provider, transactional email provider, object storage, and hosting infrastructure. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We retain account and transaction records for the period required by applicable accounting law. Inactive accounts may be anonymised after a defined period.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Email privacy@picster.pro from your registered address.

7. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary session and security cookies. Optional analytics cookies (if enabled in future) require your consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country by our sub-processors under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required).

9. Children

The marketplace is not directed to children under 18. Do not create an account if you are under 18.

10. Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your personal data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or your local data protection authority.
