Rooftop Parapet, Dusk, Unfinished Edge

I found this parapet on a housing block in the eastern district — rebar still stubbing out of the top like the building forgot to stop growing. The light at that hour turns concrete into something almost warm, almost alive, and the sky behind it was doing what skies do when they can't decide if they're ending or beginning. I didn't move the frame. I let the edge cut the image in half and trusted the grain to carry the rest.
