Kipp's Generator, Resting Unused

This is a Kipp's apparatus I found in a decommissioned preparatory lab in Ghent — the lower globe still carries a faint sulfurous bloom where hydrogen sulfide ate into the glass over decades of student use. I printed it platinum-palladium on salted paper to let that amber warmth argue with the cold spherical geometry, the three stacked vessels becoming almost anatomical, organ-like. The stopcock handle, slightly askew, is the only thing that looks touched by a human hand.
