Crosswalk Dissolving in April Rain

Shot from a pedestrian overpass during a downpour — the white stripes of the crosswalk below bleed into the wet asphalt, and a cyclist in a yellow slicker cuts through the frame like a struck match. I was after that specific grey-orange the sky turns when sodium lamps argue with storm clouds. The motion blur was the point, not the accident.
