Cellar Door Left Open to February

I found this root cellar outside Turda and kept returning to it across three winters until the light finally sat the way I needed — that particular grey that isn't quite fog and isn't quite dusk. The composite layers a long-exposure interior against a sky I shot the same afternoon, both times real, both times the same hour, the seam somewhere you can't quite locate.
