This Contributor Policy (the “Policy”) forms part of the Terms of Service of ONLINE MONITORING LIMITED (the “Supplier”) and applies to all individuals or organisations who upload images to the Supplier’s website for distribution to Customers (each a “Contributor”).
By submitting images to the Website, Contributors agree to comply with this Policy.
1. ELIGIBILITY

Contributors must be at least 18 years of age.

Contributors must provide accurate registration information and maintain an active account in good standing.

The Supplier may request verification of identity before approving contributions.
2. CONTENT STANDARDS
Contributors may only upload content that complies with the following rules:

Content must be original and owned by the Contributor, or the Contributor must have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions.

Content must not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

Pornography, sexually explicit material, or nudity intended for adult use.

Content promoting escort services, adult entertainment, or similar industries.
-
Content promoting hate speech, discrimination, defamation, or illegal activities.
-
Violent, graphic, or harmful content.
-
Political endorsements, sensitive cultural or religious material, unless specifically approved in writing by the Supplier.

3. RIGHTS GRANTED TO THE SUPPLIER

By uploading content, the Contributor grants the Supplier a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free licence to:

host, reproduce, distribute, and display the content on the Website;
-
make the content available for download by Customers in exchange for credits;
-
use the content for marketing and promotional purposes related to the Services.

Ownership of the content remains with the Contributor.
4. CONTRIBUTOR PAYMENTS

When Customers purchase and redeem credits to download a Contributor’s content, the Contributor shall receive a commission as determined by the Supplier and published on the Website.
- The Commision is set at 50% per item.

Commissions will be calculated and paid in accordance with the payment schedule set by the Supplier.

The Supplier reserves the right to adjust commission rates, provided notice is given on the Website.

Payments may be withheld if the Contributor breaches this Policy or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. WARRANTIES AND INDEMNITY
Contributors represent and warrant that:

They are the sole owner of the content uploaded or have full rights to license it.

The content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Any identifiable individuals in the content have provided valid model releases and consent.

The content complies with this Policy and Applicable Laws.
Contributors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Supplier against any claims, damages, or losses arising from content they upload.
6. CONTENT REMOVAL & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

The Supplier may remove any content at its discretion without notice if it breaches this Policy or is otherwise inappropriate.

The Supplier may suspend or terminate Contributor accounts in cases of repeated or serious violations.
-
Contributors may request removal of their content at any time, but previously licensed downloads by Customers remain valid.
7. LIABILITY
The Supplier is not responsible for misuse of Contributor content by Customers or third parties. Contributor’s sole remedy for breach of this Policy is account termination and/or removal of content.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
