This Content Moderation and Removal Policy (the “Policy”) forms part of the Terms of Service of ONLINE MONITORING LIMITED (the “Supplier”) and applies to all users and contributors (“Users”) of the Supplier’s website and related services (the “Services”). The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that prohibited content is not uploaded, distributed, or made available through the Services
By submitting images to the Website, Contributors agree to comply with this Policy.
1. PROHIBITED CONTENT
Users must not upload, share, or distribute content that:
- Contains pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material intended for adult use.
- Promotes escort services, adult entertainment, or similar industries.
- Promotes hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or incitement to violence.
- Contains violent, graphic, or harmful material.
- Promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to drugs, weapons, or terrorism.
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Misleads users through false or deceptive metadata, tags, or descriptions.
- Contains political endorsements, or sensitive cultural/religious material without prior written approval.
2. PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITIES
The Supplier shall:

Conduct manual review of all content prior to approval and publication on the Website.

Ensure that human moderators evaluate each submitted item against this Policy and Applicable Laws.

Provide a reporting mechanism allowing Users and third parties to notify the Supplier of suspected violations.

Investigate reported or flagged content promptly and take appropriate action.

Remove, disable, or restrict access to content that violates this Policy or Applicable Laws.

Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
All Users agree to:

Upload only content they own or are fully licensed to share.

Ensure that all content complies with this Policy and Applicable Laws.

Provide accurate titles, tags, and metadata that are not misleading.

Immediately remove or request removal of content if they become aware that it violates this Policy.

Refrain from attempting to re-upload or bypass removal of prohibited content.
4. REVIEW & MONITORING PROCEDURES

Pre-approval review: Every submission is manually checked by the Supplier’s moderation team before being made available for download.

Ongoing monitoring: After approval, the Supplier may conduct additional checks and audits to ensure continued compliance.

User reporting: Users can report content via support@picster.pro

Notice & action: Upon receiving a report, the Supplier will assess and, if necessary, remove or restrict the content within a reasonable time frame.
5. CONTENT REMOVAL AND ACCOUNT ACTIONS

Content may be removed without prior notice if it breaches this Policy.

Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of the User’s account.

In cases involving intellectual property complaints, the Supplier may temporarily disable access to disputed content while investigating.

Users may request voluntary removal of their content, but previously licensed downloads remain valid.
6. LIABILITY
The Supplier is not responsible for misuse of content by Users or third parties. The Supplier’s role is limited to hosting and moderating the Services. Users remain solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the content they upload.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Contributors acknowledge that all submissions are subject to review under the Content Moderation and Removal Policy before publication.
