This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of ONLINE MONITORING LIMITED. By purchasing credits or downloading images from our website (the “Website”), you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. CREDITS PURCHASES

All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Credits may be redeemed to download images available on the Website.

Credits are personal to the Customer and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

Credits may expire after 12 months from the date of purchase (expiry details are displayed at the point of purchase).
2. DIGITAL CONTENT DOWNLOADS

Once an image has been downloaded using credits, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

This rule applies because digital content cannot be returned once accessed.

By downloading an image, you expressly agree that you lose your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may be issued only in the following limited cases:

Duplicate payment caused by a technical error.

Fraudulent or unauthorised payment, subject to investigation.

The Supplier is legally required to provide a refund under applicable consumer protection laws.
